Central Florida snorkeling Q: Hi. I have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to snorkel in Florida. I'll have a weekend free while on a business trip to Orlando. Well, Bill, closest to Orlando is Wekiwa Spring State Park in Apopka, where a natural spring attracts quite a few snorkelers. And Canaveral National Seashore in New Smyrna Beach and in Titusville offers beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Ocean where you could get wet.
