A: Hi, Nancy. Good question. I tried to look that up in my almanac, but didn't find any information about ocean temperatures there.

Luckily, I did find National Oceanographic Data Center's Coastal Water Temperature Guide page. Click on which side of the state you're going to -- either the Gulf side or the Atlantic side -- and see a chart of current, monthly and sometimes semimonthly temperatures for a given location.
